Who we are

Citeify is run by WHP Creative, a design and development studio in the UK: WEHAVEPOWERS (WHP) CREATIVE LTD., a company registered in England and Wales under number 06776349, registered office Suite 5 Manor Farm Court, Old Wolverton Road, Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5NN. You can reach us at hello@citeify.ai. These terms apply whenever you use the site, run a Check, hold a plan or order Fixes.

What the service does

We put buyer questions about your domain to AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Grok and Claude), record whether and how they name and cite you, and read the public pages of your site to score how ready it is to be cited. The free Check does this once. A Scan does it on all six engines, five times a question; an Audit adds the readiness diagnosis, the findings and the fix briefs. Scans and Audits are paid for with credits from a plan, or an Audit can be bought once.

A report is a measurement of other companies' systems at the moment we asked them. Those systems change their answers without notice, so a score is a reading, not a promise, and nothing we deliver guarantees a mention, a citation, a ranking or any commercial outcome. Reports are information to act on, not legal, financial or professional advice.

Your account and your domain

You need a working email address to use the service; sign-in links and reports go there. Keep it current and do not share your sign-in. You may only measure a domain you own or are authorised to act for. We read your site the way a search engine would and keep to a polite crawl rate; if your host blocks us, the run may fail and we will say so.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. A plan covers one domain; a second domain is a second plan on its own renewal date. You can change or cancel any plan at any time from your billing page, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If we change a price we will tell you before it takes effect on your next renewal. Cancellation rights, the 14-day period and what happens when a run fails are in the refund policy.

Credits

A plan adds a set number of credits to your account each month, on the same day of the month it started. A Scan costs 1 credit and an Audit 2, and credits can be spent on any domain on your account, by you or by the plan's monthly auto-run. Unspent credits carry over. Every credit, from a plan or a pack, expires 12 months after it is added, and the oldest are always used first; we email you a month before any expire. Credit packs can be bought only while you hold a plan.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred to another account. If you cancel a plan, the credits you already hold stay until they expire. If a run fails or does not pass our QA, the credits it used are returned to your account. Refunds are in the refund policy.

Fixes

A fix package is work on your site, scoped and priced from your own findings and ordered separately from a plan. We agree the scope with you first and review every change with you before it goes live; you keep full control of, and responsibility for, your site.

Share links and the PDF

A share link shows a read-only copy of a report to anyone who has the link, without a sign-in. You create and revoke them, and you are responsible for who you send them to.

Fair use

Do not use the service to probe domains you have no right to, to scrape or resell our reports or data, to interfere with the service or other customers, or for anything unlawful. We may pause or close an account that does, and will tell you why.

Availability and liability

We run the service with care but on top of third parties we do not control, so we cannot promise it will always be available or that every engine will answer every time. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and, for anything material, we will email account holders first. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
